We currently cover Berkshire. Our most popular locations are; Bracknell, Binfield, Wokingham, Winnersh, Earley and Reading.
We offer support in the Hampshire & Surrey areas, however there will be a travel charge of 45p per mile.

πDo you have insurance to keep my pet(s) safe?
Our insurance covers us for the Care, Custody and Control in the following services;
Pet Care Services, Dog Walking, Dog & Cat Grooming, Dog Training, Pet Behaviourist, Pet Boarding, Pet Minding, Pet Sitting, Pet Taxi and Pet Transportation.
πDoes your insurance cover XL Bullies?
We are not able to provide cover for XL Bully breeds due to the Dangerous Dogs Act.

ππ» How does the Meet & Greet process work?
We provide a free Meet & Greet service within your home prior to confirming your booking where we'll discuss your care requirements and what to expect. This is also the opportunity to ask any questions!
π· How do I pay?
We use SumUp Pay, a free and secure app used to take digital payments. SumUp Pay accepts credit and debit cards, Visa and Mastercard and American Express. We do not hold any of your payment data.
πΎ What is a Pet Care Plan Questionnaire?
Our PCPQ includes important information to enable us to provide our 5-Star Service to your pet(s). We will ask you about; Breed, Age, Likes & Dislikes, Food, Routines, Training & Commands, Walking Off-Lead, Walking Equipment, Microchipped, Spayed/Neutered, Insurance, Health, Allergies, Vaccination, Vet Details and Photographic Consent.

We understand that people's circumstances change and happy to offer a refund. Please note that a minimum charge notice applies.
Cancellation terms:
2 days notice - 20% refunded
1-3 week notice - 40% refunded
4 weeks notice or more - 100% refunded
