Cancellation Policy

At Pawesome Memories, we understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control that cause you to cancel services booked.
Please contact us as soon as you know that you need to cancel a service. We schedule our time carefully to provide the best care possible for your pet(s) and home while you are away. Overnight bookings are particularly hard to rebook on short notice.
In order to cancel a visit(s) please send us a message via WhatsApp to let us know that you need to cancel.
Cancellations for home visits or dog walks must be communicated no later than 8pm the night before the service is scheduled to be completed.
Services cancelled on the day of the booking are non-refundable as this time was reserved and cannot be replaced within sufficient time.
All cancellations will be subject to a 25% admin fee which will be requested and applied to future services. Please note, the admin fee must be paid in order to book future services.
It is very important to let us know if you are returning early and need to cancel services you have already booked with us. If we have already arrived, we have spent time and fuel to travel to your home/location and denied other bookings with other clients.
Cancellation of overnight bookings must be communicated 21 days in advance of the booking so we have adequate time to replace the booking on our schedule with another client. Overnight bookings that are cancelled with less than 21 days' notice will be subject to an additional fee of 10%.
Pawesome Memories reserves the right to change or modify this policy at our sole discretion.
