Cancellation Policy

At Pawesome Memories, we understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control that cause you to cancel services booked.

Please contact us as soon as you know that you need to cancel a service. We schedule our time carefully to provide the best care possible for your pet(s) and home while you are away. Overnight bookings are particularly hard to rebook on short notice.

If there is a valid reason (such as a medical emergency) for your cancellation then we will discuss this on a case by case basis. Otherwise the following Terms & Conditions apply.

In order to cancel your booking please send us a message to let us know, and the reason why you need to cancel.

HOME VISITS / DOG WALKING

  • Must be communicated no later than 5pm the night before

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to 50% charge

  • Services cancelled on the day of the booking are non-refundable as this time was reserved and cannot be replaced within sufficient time

PET SITTING

  • Must be communicated no later than 21 days prior to the booking so we have adequate time to replace the booking on our schedule with another client

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to 50% charge

  • Cancellations within 7 days will be subject to 25% charge

  • Services cancelled on the day of the booking are non-refundable as this time was reserved and cannot be replaced within sufficient time

NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

  • We understand your plans may change, and happy to arrange another day for you. Please note an admin fee will be applied to your account which covers the time taken to organise the new date agreed for your booking. This must be paid in order to book future services.

  • Home Visit / Dog Walking services will be subject to a £5 admin fee

  • Pet Sitting services will be subject to a £20 admin fee

IF YOU'RE RETURNING HOME EARLY

  • It is very important to let us know if you are returning early and need to end the booking ahead of schedule

  • Bookings will still be charged at the agreed price as we will have already arrived, we have spent time and fuel to travel to your home/location and denied other bookings with other clients

Pawesome Memories reserves the right to change or modify this policy at our sole discretion.
